Saved.
Picked her up from Darlington this afternoon after completing the necessary tax and registration formalities. First stop was Morrisons for fuel, then back on the M1.
She drove like a dream, temp gauge settled at the nine o'clock mark, no warning lights or any other little horrors.
The headlining, which I overlooked checking yesterday, is fine, and the seats are somewhat better than from my first impression. Only the drivers is a bit grubby and hopefully some specialist leather cleaner will do the job.
Cleaning the interior was hardly the previous owners priority as the drivers door bin included a tax disc with an expiry date of 31 08 2012!
The radio needs a code, hopefully that will be with the manual and service history documents when I will be getting soon.
The NSF wing has seen better days and I hope to source a same colour one in due course.
The passenger side door mirror, a chrome one, is beyond redemption.
.
Does the back seat fold down? Can't find the release latches that my Club SE has.
