Ty Aviva. I came back to motoring after having only motorcycle insurance for 5 years, lost all my ncb, but Aviva managed a quote of £295 for a 49 year old male, 0 ncb, 1 sp30, no accidents and living on the surrey hants border for fully comp on a 190+, they should be able to do better than that with your ncb entitlement.
