Change the passwords via a different PC ..

even consider a specialist drive formatter which overwrites every bit on the drive to flush out code hidden on hidden partitions etc,
Thanks, my son in law has been to bank to stop any outgoing payments also taken lap top to our local computer Guru to put everything right.
