Rav. You are losing time that you can't get back. We all get one shot at life and you are addicted to something that is throwing your life into the bin.

Don't lose more time out of your future. Do what you know you must do and do it NOW.

After the mental shock your outlook will rapidly improve as you do the things that are going to advance your future and lead you to obtain the things you really want.

The longer you wait the weaker your resolve will be to make changes.

Remember that the rut you are currently in will become a grave far quicker than you can imagine And harder to get out of.--
