Totally agree with this upgrade. I did the same few months ago and the real wood is a class above the old plastic!!
Finally got one side finished yesterday with new subframe in, old upper bush eventually removed and replaced, all arms reconnected and wheel back on the ground at last after a few months!! Just the other side to go.
