What makes me think that when (if?) we get to the end of the coronavirus, all car owners are going to get a right caning in terms of taxation and restrictions/regfulations on driving?

On a different tack - I do not believe it !
On Sunday, my nutty next door neighbour was out washing and polishing his car (including a buff up with an electric polisher).
Today - he's used a pressure washer, with the gun about 6" away from his paintwork, to wash it - despite the fact the car hasn't moved since Sunday !!!!!!!!!!!!
