Connectors under the seat ? relay ? i don't know this time of year its a bit warm to drive with it on.
I fear i will have to go to a auto electrician. Where i am though they are at opposite ends of the county.

Fit a NEW heated seat switch, the switches have a built in timer if the timer fails in the on position the seat won’t turn off, the other possible problem is the relay operating the seat heater after the switch has got stuck making permanent contact, which would have the same effect,
