Austin 1100 in 1965 at the second attempt. Had all my lessons in that car too. A green shield stamp (remember them?) was strategically stuck on the rear window by the instructor so that when reversing if the stamp was lined up with the kerb then the car was the correct distance from it; made reversing round the corner that you had to do then a doddle.
