Apparently the warehouse of the retailer just stick
UK PALLET SERVICE as the carrier as policy, which I find staggeringly stupid but then to have so much difficulty to find out who the retailer has used, is incompetence.
You probably get the feeling that I'm a tad into customer service, part of my last role with Openreach and yes, I'm passionate about good customer service. It is achievable but there needs to be the will to achieve it.
