I have used E10 in my cars when I have been abroad and I have not noticed any difference. Some say they don't start as well and apparently vapour locks in the fuel pipes are more common as it has a lower boiling point.

The big problem with Ethanol is that is corrosive to some parts used in older vehicles, I am sure I have read it can destroy the rubber in some types of fuel pumps and brass in the float bowls of cars with carbs.

At 5% and 10% I would not worry to much but if it becomes more than this you might need to replace parts in the fuel system.
