Thanks for confirming that for me...always my 05 TD ZR was so rougher and (in some respects) noiser (compared to the previous one I had) - one of the first things I noticed (don't ask why) was the missing insulation in the wheel arches (wasn't sure if I was imagining it tho!).
Often wondered about puttting it back in (the Mrs wants to keep it), but don't know the extent of the removal?
