Have not checked any sizes at all, got the 190mm from the How to, on here, but that will have to be checked. According to that post it was 2 pieces of 18mm ? also to be checked, but certainly no problem.
I popped out side, and without measuring or working to any scale in particular, I made the following up, so it can be done.
I will get some MDF and do some playing...
