Yes its the 131 bhp version, and I`ve ordered some 7 litres of 5W40 Mobile 3000 , along with air/oil and fuel filters (awesome 52% ECP code that still worked!)
Will try the MAF tommorrow , did the same with a previous diesel. Can the EGR be blanked off, and if so would the EML come on?

Unplug the EGR actuator solenoid first, as unplugging the MAF sensor disables EGR operation and masks EGR defects.
The EGR can be bypassed quite easily without issue, something like this will do the job nicely

Finally MAF sensors very rarely fail with a lower than normal output, it is almost always the entire opposite.........something to bear in mind when fault finding
