UBI000010 is the temp sensor on the auto trans oil cooler rad.

Have a new MG version to fit, but it has one blue and one black wire to the plug - the car-side loom has one black cable and one black with purple stripe cable. I need to change the plug over from the old sensor to fit the car-side loom.

But, does anyone know if the blue attaches to the purple striped cable or the black? Or, does it even matter once the circuit is completed? (apologies, to say that I'm mechanically/electrically naive would be to praise me!).

(first image is the plug on the MG/Chinese temp sensor / second image is the car-side loom and plug).

Cheers,
Karl.
