Ooh 'eck! What an abomination!


Rimmers don't even mention this interior cable and the whole contraption, at a price, is out of stock. I haven't located an 'ebay artisan' offering such cables, and I don't fancy buying a 'wrecker' part because the cable in that could be on the verge of failure, Looks like I shall have to be cautious about using the car to avoid the risk of failure in an electical component of the locking system until Rimmers restock.


Has anyone identified a purveyor of that wretched cable?

Doh! Just noticed that Rimmers are only quoting the item for LHD. Not much use to me! Just a thought; is the cable/housing common to both LHD and RHD? If yes, that would a reliable if expensive way forward.
