To my knowledge, only the seat faces are actually leather. The rest of the seat, including the map pockets, are fake leather, although it's a pretty good imitation. Very early models may or may not have been full leather. At some point I think the rear armrest changed from leather to fake leather. Originally, the front headrests had a little rover logo in them but that was later deleted.
