Hi Paul

I had this once on the passenger door. The lock mechanism freezes internally and the latch doesn't drop.

For the life of me I can't remember what I did to resolve it. Not sure if I didn't just poor hot water over the mechanism and then spray a decent water displacement fluid and lubricator into the mechanism.

It's was years ago that I had the problem and it's not come back any winter since. Saying that not sure how many times we have had really cold snaps down here in the South West
