Blimey! how standards have changed! My sister got a reply back from Llandudno council about the state of that hotel & said there's nothing we can do about the bed bugs or the overall cleanliness of the place

The only thing they could take them to task over was that the 3rd & 4th floor rooms were occupied by people in excess of 70 years old with no working lift.
We used to have a nit nurse in school back in the day where you were combed for nits & if any were found you got a daub of iodine on your head
