There seem to be an awful lot of MG Rover specialist garages around these days.

They're saying that because they haven't a clue what it is.

Please take note of my reply in your last thread. The variable temperature indicates that your cooling system isn't pressurising because you have a leak.

That's because the coolant is boiling because the system isn't pressurised. Did you leave the cap off? I don't think I received an answer to that question.
