A perfectly honest/innocent question of interest.
I know nowt that will assist you with determining the OEM fitted Premium grill data (I'm sure a learned guru on here will come along soon to solve that one) but based on the handfull of replies so far the answer is 2-3 including your own.
On the other hand there are apparently just as many that didn't leave the factory fitted to the front of a car just sitting around in sheds and garages waiting for the pre-loved marketprice to continue to climb - when the curve of declining R75 population crosses or approaches apogee of that value (and more questions similar to yours get published) you may get a definitive answer......
