My work colleague has a 1.8 diesel Audi. He pays £30 pa as the VAG group said it was Euro4 or 5 compliant. HM Govt never re-classified all those vehicles that would be lucky to achieve Euro 3. No wonder there is now a tax black hole due to EV's increasing in number.
