Thanks for all your good advice. I was hoping to have a look at it tomorrow, carsington, but as Primrose is minus a drivers seat at the moment, and because I didn't really fancy driving there in a garden chair, (it's probably also illegal) it will have to wait.
I went to see a club member in Reading today to get a replacement seat. Imagine my suprise when I got the old one out to discover it wasn't the seat frame that broke, it the base that's broken. A weld has bust and so it should be easy(ish) to fix, without the need for any more parts, Drivers seat frame anyone?
