According to RAVE, no. The window switches mounted on the NSF and rear doors
are hard wired to the body control unit. They don't go anywhere near the driver's door switchpack.

Have you checked fuselink 3 in the engine compartment fusebox? That appears to feed all the electric windows via two further fuses (F35 for front and F30 rear) in the passenger compartment fusebox (assuming that your 2004 car has the later design).
