To check the lower engine mount get car on the ramps if you have some if not use axle stands do not work under a jacked up car never, remove the undertray

It then takes about 15mins to remove and check it fews pics below once you have checked it let us know its condition as this is why the thread as been put up if damaged replace with (roverlink) mount Arctic
