Hi Paul

I used the same oil after it being mentioned on an earlier thread.... I think it was Simon (SD1)

However, I ordered it from the Smith & Allen web site rather than eBay as I researched them a bit, and I think it actually worked out a bit cheaper...

Fast delivery from them, and I noticed an improvement in gear changes straight away.

My 75 had done 61000 when I changed earlier this year, and I did the "disconnect oil cooler to flush more oil out" method like you Paul, as described in another excellent thread on here by Beinet1 (spelling?)

So much good information from this Forum .... much of it from Steve (Arctic) as well!

Good with the fluid change, Steve. Easy job for you!
