Hi all I’m new here so hope I’m ok posting this, I’ve just recently got my grandads 75 on the road after 5 years laying up (he stopped driving) and I have just got it through it’s mot and I’m intrigued in finding more out about the car. He owned it from July 02 until I took ownership in jan of this year when he passed away. I’ve often wondered why it doesn’t have the door badges denoting “2.5 litres” as most cars of its age and type seem to have these, could they be optioned out from new? The car was second hand when he purchased it but I can’t see why anybody would want these taken off as it has all of the other original badges still intact. Many thanks in advance
Btw the car is a 1999 T reg Atlantic blue connoisseur se, registered 30th Jun 1999.
