Well, I merely asked a question in a facebook group, that´s all. It was the Dutch 75-enthusiast Mr Pim Appel who gave me the hint to van Leeuwen cars in Holland. Look at this link to a German 75-forum:

If I were you, I would contact van Leeuwen. There
must exist archived information at least concerning the directly preceding owner of the car before it went to Canada via van Leeuwen. I will meanwhile try to find further information on your cars history; the emission sticker suggests that the car has had at least one owner in Germany. Maybe someone in the German 75-scene can remember the car.
