Yes, That's my car at the dealer in Holland.
I have the set of photos off their website as well as a photo of the buyer receiving the car from them.

If I were you, I would contact van Leeuwen. There must exist archived information at least concerning the directly preceding owner of the car before it went to Canada via van Leeuwen. I will meanwhile try to find further information on your cars history; the emission sticker suggests that the car has had at least one owner in Germany. Maybe someone in the German 75-scene can remember the car.
