After looking at fixing my auto box myself, versus the cost of second-hand ones, I'm going with the used approach.

Only thing is, I need to know the gearbox number for my car, to ensure I get the right one...

2001 75, 2.5 V6...

All I know is that it's a JF506E but I need to be more specific apparently...

Does anyone have a list of numbers of something else to help me, as I am about 100 miles away from the car, so have no chance of finding a number on the box or anywhere else...
