Hi Steve. Thanks for remembering the oil filter rubber ring on the stem. I had completely forgotten it because I had managed to get some filters from the rover dealer from Newton Abbot, and they were selling them with all the rings to go with them. My filter stem seals have never been changed, but will be next oil change. By the way, it is the only time I have seen them included in filter sales. Good turnout Saturday also as you said, especially as it was Easter.
