Feel free to give them a nudge and request an email invoice for your stay guys..
They aint the quickest to contact me at the best of times so a couple of folk asking may give them a wake up call.
Obviously give them as much info as you can ie.. That you are part of the Rover MG group visiting in September along with names dates etc etc.
