140 is the now standard relief pressure rating for all 75/ZT engines. It indicates 140 mPa (milliPascals), which is around 1.4Bar or about 23psi.

That's simply the cose for the plastic it's made from (PolyAmide i.e. Nylon filled with 66% glass fibre). It's the standard for auto plastics.
