I Noticed in the last quarter of 98 which would include January, February 1999 only 2 cars were registered. I have one and scouse1958 has the other now that is rare
with concurring vin numbers. It is a very useful piece of data, gives us a very good idea of how many is left. And it is not as many as we might of thought according to dvla.
