I live just 5 miles from Pont Ian, and they wouldn’t say that there. It’s a very posh exclusive area, especially the Darras Hall estate, with some properties fetching over £2m
They would say “ Eww, it’s rather wet what? !” They would say it where I live though.
Mind you wouldn’t catch me pa6ing that kind of money even if I had it, I would want somewhere that wasn’t squeezed into someone’s back garden for that money..
