HI Steve.
It is door card off so you can access the sliding spring which holds the thumb cap of the handle, with this removed you open the door handle and slide it to the rear of the car, re-fitting is the reverse.

If you try and remove the thumb cap/key hole cap on the drivers side without sliding the spring clip it will break the locating lugs in the cap.
