If you can get a good purchase on the 24mm tensioner bolt, with a helper to hold it, you should try and just slip the aux belt off the crank pulley only, fit the new aircon belt and then replace the aux belt. If you are careful the belt will hopefully stay correctly positioned around the other components, in any event check it to be sure. You can adjust the aircon belt afterwards, in readiness you can cut the old aircon belt off out of the way. A piece of timber fillet is useful to wedge between the 24mm spanner and the inner wing to stop it slipping off the nut.
Good luck.
the belt is not there ..it was cut off already so its a hot car
im afraid if i go through all of them steps it might start making noise hence the reason the former owner had it removed
am i mad to chance it ?

thanks
