It took me a long time to learn that you cannot please 100% of people 100% of the time.
I did spend quite a few hours of my time ringing around, emailing and making sure that the venue was a good one, in a similar location to our regular meets. I did manage to get the price down to £35 from £35+vat.
Seeing as I do not make anything from this, nor do I get paid for my time, perhaps I should have spent it with my wife and daughter instead.
