Rave page 149 (06-27) says the caliper fixing torques are as follows:

Which is all very well, but there's no room to get a torque wrench on any of the fixings in the first place.

Also, what on earth are 'Carrier to hub bolts'?

They must be referring to the front calipers because my rear calipers only have 2 guide pins and 2 caliper to trailing arm bolts (as per nos 6 & 11 here) - there aren't any other fixings.
