Yes, thank you Jon. Our friend at Wickford diagnosed an intermittent fault with the starter motor and fitted a replacement he just happened to have 'in stock' inside 1/2 hour. Which I spent in the café (note the accent on the e) scoffing coffees and scones with raspberry jam and cream (cream on first - obvs). They've even got a full butcher's shop on site. Both Kevin and the adjacent café are highly recommended.
All would be well in my world but for the genetic regression of the idiot that separated my off-side p'fold from its tether last night. We heard the bang and rushed outside but the blighter had escaped. Oi vey, another job. Need a replacement now.
