Really sorry to hear you've had a bump in the road of life and health, I'm sure things straighten out for you again!
Like so many have said, good on you for giving up the ciggies, and I really wish you all the power and strength to keep off them!
I'm having a little bit of a 'mare in the health stakes myself, so I know how you must feel, tablets for life just become a routine I find as I've got myself a set for a different reason, but just think of it as "a tablet a day keeps the doctor away" and they are SO much easier to take!
