Bikes used to produce somewhat low voltage at idle hence the change in headlamp brightness when you revved them up.

These days, cars and bikes are calibrated to charge the battery even at idle given the amount of electronics that act as loads even at idle.

As long as the voltage is between 13.7 and 14.7 with the engine running, there should be nothing to worry about.
