When I was a kid Andy it was Woodbines (in a paper packet of 5), Park Drive, or (if on a date) Players. These days you don't, at the moment, have to go into a shop to get cannabis. So it's possibly the prescription that gets in the way. Not for long though. The lobbies? Absolutely, every day lobbying of ministers and lower ranks, with all kinds of inducements on offer.
