Good luck Rick, such an interesting thread.

I just couldn't believe the plenums were dry. Got me thinking you should check to make sure the rubber duckbill drains are still in place These may have had the ends clipped off which is fine, but I believe I am right in saying if they have been removed totally, water will get from the plenums into the car.

Just a thought. But it could explain at least, part of the dry plenum wet carpets issue?
