Went to start the ZT click flat battery, it had been standing for a couple of weeks, so thought i'd try a jump stat of the old battery i took off it 2 yrs ago because i though it was on its way out, its been on charge with a ctek charger a couple of times an seemed to be ok, hooked it up and started first time nice and strong so looks like i have a good spare battery

let it tick over for ten mins then took a run to the tip.

Got back and started the main job - rear left wheel bearing change to see if it cured the ABS problem. Three wheel nuts cracked then the 17mm socket broke quick hunt and i hadn't got another so out came the wheel brace and the other 2 were off no problem , nice steady hour and a half and bearing changed, quick test drive and seems OK.

So will take it to work tomorrow - 70 mile round trio should do the battery some good.

Gave the ZT & Tourer a wash too before going in for a cuppa and biscuit all in all a satisfying day.
