I think Ken may have the right guess the scuttle clips will let water in due to the felt type seal around them, remove the scuttle which means you need to remove the window wipers, once the scuttle as been remove you have two options remove the beige pocket that fit into the panel, taking note of the seal, when you reseat the pockets seal them with water proof sealant.

You could always purchase new pockets with new seals, but i think the above is better, once sealed replace the scuttle panel and window wipers, then double check the wiring in the area of the leak, (ie) the EWS, the the light light module for any water ingress.
