DON'T GIVE UP ON IT BEFORE YOU GIVE IT AT LEAST A 24 HOUR CHARGE.
Maybe that will work as a tonic for it. Leave it a few hours after charging for it to settle and then it will give you an accurate figure as to voltage.--- |
