You look to have a half and half dashboard there?!
The passenger vent and airbag look to be real wood, whilst the drivers side and instrument binnacle are the plastic dash.
Clue is in the "Airbag" and the fit of the air vents. Real wood is just the stick on letters, the plastic dash has a stick on badge. Also the vents are flush on real wood.
I have purchased and am waiting to fit the real wood dash to mine and you can really notice the difference in the depth of shine. I would recommend seeking out the instrument binnacle section in real wood to finish the job off.
