I don’t disagree with you as it does happen. However there was some water ingress during heavy rain especially on motorways. Drove to Bridgewater in a storm and had the RAC tow me home. Spent the following morning drying out the car and removed the box which was soaking wet. Thanks to Terry Shaw I’m now handy at removing air con units and fixing the problem myself. Only problem is that a new box needs to be paired with the car by laptop, like a T4. As good as they are, the 25/ZR and Streetwise are really dated now. My MG ZR was a great drivers car but sadly was slowly rusting away. The 75/ZT are way ahead on quality and last better. It shows how dated the range was at the end. Face lifts on old models was never going to work. Terrible waste as the MGR team were making the best they could on a tiny budget.
