Thumbs up All is well that ends well

My exhaust ordered on Ebay at mijexhaust's finally arrived:

Very fast shipping & delivery but some slight damages on insufficiently protected edges, even the package had obviously been well wrapped.

To make a long story short, I complained about one small dent & small scratches upon two areas of the back box (right bottom on the pic).
Very kind even he denied any responsibility in dents & scratches.
In the first place he proposed a replacement I declined because of a predictable large delay & appointment already made.

And I told him that for one spot (the one on the pic) 'scratches done without any damage on the wrapping they're located under are very unlikely'.

Finally he made a very fair offer sent me a £65 refund.
A very gentleman, I must add.
Besides an obvious quality of the stuff (BTW 18 kg), I think such a seller is to be highly praised & commended.
