Thanks very much for posting this Richard. It's a warning to all of us to resist blindly placing our trust (and lives, let's be honest) in people posing as professionals. Choose your garage with the utmost care and trust your instincts. If possible, find out a bit about the subject beforehand so that you can spot those who don't know what they're talking about.

My advice on wheel alignment has always been to avoid the 'fast fit' outfits in favour of Hunter equipped independent businesses which can be found here.
