The adjustment system on 75/ZT has been around for decades - it was rubbish when it was invented and it's still rubbish now. Even the shoe locators are useless - it's virtually impossible to get the spring pins in and out of the backplate holes without taking the hub off, and you can't do that without messing up the grease caps.
Thanks to the idiotic spring pins, I just spent the best part of an hour turning one of the adjusters round.
